5 months. Before During and After.

Here is my update.

This is what I started with. hardly able to maintain any sort of an erection, used everything I could from cock rings to pills to shots...

52 Been on every pill, done Trimix/Bimix In line for a Titan pump. Married, wife involved with this whole process. :) Implanted 12/9/19 Titan 20 with 1.6 rear tips.

Had surgery Dec 8th. Here are pictures of right after and a couple weeks after... OUCH!!

Very happy with the result! Lost about an inch but gaining in girth. Wife loves it. we both think it is the best thing ever. I would do it again in a second.

I I am a sucker for a good ending! Thanks for the update…
Implanted October 2019 Dr. Kramer lgx 18 cm +2 rear tips. Preop at 6.75 post op 5.25... awaiting revision… Implanted for possibility of having our first child.
