Implants and atrophy

Does an implant stop the atrophy of the penis over time due to lack of blood flow? I don’t get any glans engorgement and was wondering how this will impact the glans over time
Mid 20’s. Titan 22 cm + 1.5cm RTE. All good so far.

Yes the implant will stop atrophy and loss of size.
