How much girth

I have a question that I am unable to find an answer to. I'm considering a Coloplast implant. I am not exceptional in length but my girth is off the charts. I'm about 6 1/2" right behind the head on my dick and get progressively larger as you go to the base. That's about 7 3/4"s. My question is. Can an implant give me my girth or will i loose it? Will my penis be more cylendercial with the implant? Hope someone can answer my question Thanks

I am 7.5 in girth with a Titan 3 piece. I lost an inch was 8. But only 4 months out. He is not a round beer can little flatter. But still huge girth.

Larryb8x8, married straight Titan three pieces 22cm 3 rte. Implant 12/30/19. Dr. Prichart in Tulsa. Was 7.5 girth and 8 inch long After surgery so far 7.0 girth and 7.5 inch long. Doin well ninety pumps to Max him out.

As others have said there’s no way to know the end result. One factor would be the damage the penis tissues take during the implant. The implant along will not expand you to your previous girth. Your girth will be dependent on how much engorgment you can still get. The cylinders are not tappered like your penis is so your girthest spot might not be as girthy. Yes your penis will change in shape I’m pretty sure about that. This surgery is a last resort and you may have to adjust your expectations a little.
