I agree with this about the hand. Even after almost 5 months, my skin gets painful at times if I try to masturbate by hand. The skin was used to being stretched to only about 4.5-5.0 inches and soft/no erection for the past 6 years or so, and now I'm pushing 6" from the pubic bone. Even pre-implant VED could only get 5", so my outer skin gets stretched to the point that pulling on it up and down the shaft can be painful a bit (I'm circumcised).

With a lubed gel stroker sleeve, or vaginal penetration, there is no pain because there's enough slide to prevent the skin being pulled to pain.
