Oh shit! Call up the Doc ASAP!
If your pump is really stuck to your ball sac, it sounds like an infection (not a Dr., but the stuck ball sac and not floating like your balls sounds familiar).

It may also be a simple adhesion. The bulb has grooves on it. The tubes on my implant have adhered to the sides and underside of my penis and I'm even starting to grow tissue over the tubing in those areas and they are no longer palpable under the skin. If you have as you say, a very small scrotum, you may not have separated the bulb from the scrotum sufficiently during the initial healing process and it has now begun to adhere to the inside of the scrotum. If this is the case, it may be possible to manipulate the scrotal tissues when they are relaxed, to help release the pump. It may not be a comfortable procedure and you may be sore in that area for a couple of days as your body reacts to the removal of the foreign body from the pocket it has made for it, but it'll probably be fine.

Talk to your doctor...

Peyroniesjr:
Did you follow up with your doctor? I fear I may have a similar problem. I'm scheduled for my follow up visit next week.

My pump adhered to my sac. It took me about 3 months to massage it loose from the bottom .

It happens quite a bit. You will find a lot of posts on here about this issue.

My hot tub helped. I would soak in it and massage and pull abit on my scrotum. It eventually ended up free floating in my sac.

Happened to me too. It separated on its own. Sounds like a common problem.

Hey guys,

I talked to the doctor, he asked if I had any swelling, I said none. He also asked if I can roll the skin on my ball sac, not to much on that one spot, but said he didn't I would be able to dislodge it.

He didn't seem to think it was a big concern.

I was implanted 3 weeks ago and was instructed by my surgical team to tug the pump down daily until it rested against the bottom of my ball sac, where it has now attached. Some posts suggest that this was a problem needing immediate attention so I was a bit alarmed. My surgeon assured me today that this is not only normal but optimal. The attachment keeps the pump in place so I don't have to chase it around my ball sac!
