Hmmm...Kramer seems to be an advocate of the Tactra, but yet, when he put the Tactra in me, he gave me the smallest one! WTF??? I sent the guy on old pic of myself hard, yet he gave me the smallest implant? I gotta ask him what I missed in our conversations.
