I posted my 5 day old postop penis after it was deflated from 50%. I feel less pressure but my penis is hard and points at 3pm. Should the titan cylinders alone make the penis this hard. Is it possible I am still inflated. ?
The area under the glans was a stitched when the skin cracked durning the implant.

I think, yes, the cylinders alone can provide quite a respectable semi-hardon.

My Titan, fully deflated, was able to allow us to have penetrative vaginal sex day 20 post-implant. I left surgery fully deflated per my surgeon's protocol and remained fully deflated until first inflation attempt at one month out. So in my limited experience, yes, absolutely, these Titan cylinders on their own, have some serious rigidity. Enough to allow me to get into a tight vagina pretty easily and to gently thrust for a while. It's crazy. I've read accounts on here where, many months out, Titan dicks appear and act like semi's although deflated. I'm day 50 post-implant and I think I'm fully deflated...I think...but regardless, I've had much the same experience the entire post-op period, where I'm aware of and trying to conceal and make somewhat comfortable a definitely semi-rigid "flaccid" Titan...

Thanks for the reply. Now I have scrotal pain. Because I think Pa squeezed my right ball first. yes I saw stars. And still seeing starts. But penis is bent to left. Many cylinder in kinked? Things where going so well today. Did not touch a oxycodone since left hospital. But now it feels like I had surgery again. No bleeding fever, systemic effects. Taking my antibiotic, urine culture was negative. So I think either it was deflated the she did it again and maybe inflated it. Got to make appointment to see the surgeon. Mid level practitioners only know so much.

Went back to surgeon today. The cylinders still had some saline but not much. The photo below is from the titan without inflation. Crazy question I have the genesis pump. Is it possible the pump is inflating with me sitting on my balls? Also I am still post op 6 days. I am going back next week for follow up. I had the misfortune of having a “classic case” of how destructive PD is. I hate bitching. Things are just not going as I thought they would.

When 1st Dr. deflated me, it was a relief. The AMS was still pointing left, like you, but I could still wear clothes and go to work. It was bendable, and I did not care which way it was pointing, as that was not my thought at the time (this is all I can say at this time since now I have the 1-piece).

Was there any reason for the ams to point to the left. ? In my case the penis is going the way it did prior to implant. When inflated it looks like a penis without Pd. I have 1.5 weeks left til I go back to work. I wear scrubs. But I have to find a way to hide my un bendable penis before then. Dr said he thinks it the titan being firm. My penis which got much smaller with. Pd. He did have to plicate as well so many even a tad smaller postop. I would not mind, but this pushing against sweat pants is not comfortable. Guys are telling me it will get better. I believe that. Just having a perma erection with a ipp is not what I though would happen.

It takes a lot of time. Early on try jock strap and tight underwear to hold it straight up.
My problem was that is where my belt line is, but it would move to the side some and that worked. Somewhat painful process.
