Need advice on mix

Well finally found lift off but seriously need adjustment my offical mix is. PGE 17.77.//PAPAVERINE 16.67/////PHENTOLAMINE 0.58 And its taking 75 units for a 30 min erection and i am using a ring. The next mix on this doctor list is 45/ 27/ 1 he think this is rocket fuel
edex and tri mix 45/1/27 26 units

Not rocket fuel, but a logical next step.
86 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

After using pure PGE via Caverject at 20 ug for a year, I switched to Tri-Mix at 30-1-20 at 30-40 units depending on desires. Now at 30-2-40 and 20-30 units occasionally goosed up with 6-12 ug of PGE for more bang(ing).
NOT an MD. 72, M52 yrs, CenTX US. Inj since 12/2016, a yr after pills stopped working. Caverject for a yr. 1/2018 Tri-Mix at 30 pap/2 phent/60 pge @0.3ml, now 0.5ml 80mcg/ml PGE1. DE/Anorgasmia setting in since 5/2019, worse now.

I will try for 40. 2. 30
edex and tri mix 45/1/27 26 units
