Ummm...A Problem

Postby TheProfessor » Mon Jun 03, 2019 12:01 pm

Hi everybody.

I haven't posted in awhile because things were going fine following my implant in March. That is, until last week. As my wife and I were enjoying ourselves after 3 years of non-activity, without warning I emitted urine all over the place, including all over her. She was kind (not surprising), but I was horrified. A couple nights later, as things were getting hot and heavy, the same thing happened.

Is this likely a Kegel issue, is it common, or could something else be going on?

Thanks for your input. Folks on the forum have been most helpful in my journey.

I sympathize. You are blessed to have a wife who understands when things are out of your control.

Some questions:

Were you able to stop the flow by any means? (Squeezing your muscles or pressing with your hands/fingers beneath or above your penis or scrotum or anywhere?)

Does this only occur when having sex, aroused, when masturbating, under non-sexual circumstances?

Do you think your posture (horizontal, prone, supine standing) could have anything do to with this?

Were any drugs in your system (prescription, alcohol etc.)?

Were you tired, sleepy, exhausted? Any unusual physical activities beforehand (exercise, etc)?

When was the most recent time you voided your bladder before this happened?

Does your bladder void completely when you do go to the bathroom?

Could the degree of fullness of your colon have an effect (stool may press on your bladder)? That is, how soon after the "events" did you move your bowels and how full were they?

It is called climacturia a common thing with guys that have had an RP. Probably just a big squirt. Happens to me at times when I am really hot and Horney during sex. Try to get all urine out before sex. It is a bitch isn't it. Some guys even use a hospital bed pad when having sex. I want to keep it spontaneous as possible though. Don't think/worry about it and just enjoy the humping.

If this is a new problem I'd see your Uro right away. This is a doctor question given your history and possibly unrelated to your implant, you never know. But I wouldn't panic. It likely something minor but to delay seeking professional advice would be foolish.

Google CLIMACTURIA. You will get a full description and treatments. Basically it is orgasim related urination.

I emailed my doc. In her reply she encouraged me to urinate both before and after inflation, as the angle of the urethra might change. She said it could be climacturia. We’ll discuss at my next appointment.

Thanks for the counsel and input!

Yup, good advice all around. Did you ever watch a porn video of or have sex with a squirter? Same thing for a woman. Intense muscle contractions force the urine past the sphincter.

I have have both surgery (LRP) and 35 radiation treatments after a return of my cancer. I have learned to always empty my bladder before sex. When I am well rested and on my back I have no issues. If I am tired and standing or face down I will be a squirter. A few drinks will cause the same thing. Fortunately the women in my life have no issue with it. I usually have a towel underneath us during sex just in case.

I have had several instances where my partner thought it was all her because she was so turned on and wet.

Enjoy what you have ;)

Why does jacking off with shower gel cause you to urinate that small amount left after you have just peed it all out? I don't know but Bldoink's post jogged my brain. It happens the same way on me, every time. Urine just flows out.
