Knee MRI question

Just read another MRI posting, but wondering if anyone knows if a knee MRI would capture the implant as well (I'm long overdue for one). I've tried googling it but can't narrow the search enough to find an answer. Thanks.

I suppose it would depend. Does the tip of your penis reach down to your knees?

Seriously now, you might ask an MRI tech how far up the thigh dies the imaging go. I double if they image more than is needed, and would guess they stop at just a couple inches above and below the target area, in this case, the knee. I had an MRI on my neck and they did not go past my shoulder blades, nor reach very far past my earlobes.

I agree Sheep. They will want a close up of the knee so they can see every possible detail. They will not waste time, film, etc. doing more than is necessary.

My first MRI following being implanted was after a bad car wreck. I told the tech beforehand I had a penile implant and saw the momentary shock in her body language. I figured I'd lighten the mood by quickly adding "and I love it!". This, however, necessitated them making a phone call to the implant manufacturer to check on doing an MRI on me. It delayed everything quite a bit. The next time I had an MRI I didn't say anything about it because the tech had told me before the implant had no bearing on the MRI settings.

Next I had xrays before two spinal fusion surgeries necessitated for the car wreck. I said nothing beforehand. I asked to see the images and was surprised to note that while my spinal vertebrae appeared to be full size on the big viewing screen, my implant cylinders looked to be about a quarter inch long! It made me remember my opinion of the flaccid size of my dick before being greatly increased by the implant. Of course, I WAS much bigger than a quarter inch but unfortunately, with my northern European heritage, I was definitely very much on the small side. I've often wondered why different nationalities have such widely varying cock sizes. I remember spending a weekend in Houston at the home of two friends who were brothers, originally from Puerto Rico. Each of these guys were slightly over five feet tall and both very slender. I awoke early in the morning and went out to sit on the couch until they woke up. A few minutes later, one of the brothers walked into the living room and was surprised to see I was up. Apparently he slept in the nude. He wheeled right around, apologizing for walking through his house in the nude. Not before I caught a full on view of the biggest dick I'd ever known a fellow human being to possess. I wondered how he was able to carry it around! Then there is the widely held stereotype of immensely hung black guys. Finally, there is the poor Asian men with such small dicks the implant manufacturers have to have a special small size for them.

I was very glad to read a link somebody posted on here once about what the average dick size is and the size women actually prefer by and large. I learned I'm adequately equipped all the way around! I do miss my pre ED days when I was borderline above average but am able to do infinitely more with what I have now. For this reason, and many others, I'm not concerned in the least about what shows up in any imaging I have done. I consider my implant to be the biggest medical miracle of my life. I always conclude my remarks at seminars I speak at implants with the comment about it being the biggest medical miracle, and add that this is coming from a guy who has been taken off a deathbed twice by surgeons.

Off the deathbed twice Dave? I knew about you car accident I didn't know there was another incident. I guess we know now why there were so many Asians marrying US soldiers eh??? . Finally, I have heard that when it comes to the black men, there are Black men and Brown men. Brown men are like us... average, the Black man is the one most likely to be supporting a baseball bat between his legs. Good on them... I'm jealous. Before anyone asks, no I am absolutely NOT racist.

Larry my first of 18 major intestinal surgeries was at age 36 for massive spontaneous internal bleeding. Lost half the volume of blood in my body before surgeon removed a rare intestinal birth defect that had ruptured. Second time was after 6 month long hospitalization for complications from botched surgery. I was left with two draining intestinal fistulas on my stomach and unable to eat for a solid year before finding a surgeon willing to attempt to fix me. After all that I still function 100% normally.
