Yesterday I got my approval and surgery revision date, very excited! I've asked Dr Kramer to finish dilating my right side putting the tip where it belongs inside of the glans and to replace my LGX with an AMS CX. I'll also ask him to ditch the rtes and give me the full cylinder length instead and to keep my pump and saline sac.

Best of luck Doug. My appointment for 1st implant with Dr. Kramer is 4/17/19. I'm staying at the Days Inn who gives us a discount for hospital visit. Unfortunately Days Inn doesn't offer free breakfast.

I hear such good things about Dr. Kramer from others on FT forum. Hope we both are as fortunate as our Frank Talk brothers. I have no clue to which type of implant Dr. Kramer will use. I'll let him make decision for me. However don't think I would want a Titan based on my studies.

Right back at you. It will go well for us both. Dr Kramer will ask you some questions before hand but the choice will be made during surgery if you have no preference. With him your length will be good either way. With AMS you will work harder for your girth than with Titan. But as Larry has proven it can be about the same either one. The only difference is your eventual flaccid look and feel. Titan can never compete with AMS there. Fully deflated I look and feel (mentally ) as if there is no implant. Very natural hang. Took about 5 months.
