IPP 9/5/18; TITAN OTR 18 +1cm RTE,Prostate Ca at 51 y/o; RARP 11/2/16, ED Post RP, Cialis, Viagra, VED,TRIMIX painful, BIMIX ineffective,lost 2+ inches of length after RP. Revision 12/2/20 by Dr Clavell, AMS 700 CX, L 21 R 21+1.5 RTE.

Not too sure what you are asking, does it really matter what deflated looks like? The important facet is, do you get enough length when inflated to fuck with?

In my opinion, your penis does not look bad at all. Quite handsome. Also, remember the adage, "Handsome is as handsome does." If it works, that is good. I am also reminded of the punch line to a joke. A woman, seeing a man's penis, comments, "That's gruesome!" The man replies, "Yes, and it will grow some more if you come a bit closer."
Here is the helpful part of my post:
As time goes on, your implant (and as a result, your penis) will soften. So, when deflated, it will be easier to bend and conceal as well as being more comfortable.
Personally, I wear underwear that holds my penis close to my belly, pointing up. Up and a little to the side is fairly easy to conceal and quite comfortable (in my experience).
