Feeling change from flaccid penis after implant?

Postby rocco84 » Thu Nov 01, 2018 6:34 am

hi I had dr ??? operation -see it in young members thread - the result was that from absolute minor problems with condom I became immediately after the operation fully impotent.

My corp cav are since the operation max half full like a balloon and not useable. My corp glans is fortunately normal and not affected.

At first my main concern was for sure that I can't get erections anymore BUT now my main concern is that in the flaccid corp cav don't get blood anymore. That's such a shit feeling and it doesn't go away 24hours per day. No pills work or tablets and I researched a lot and definitely know that an implant is my solution, and I will go for it in the next time.

Because of the reason my corp cav doesn't get blood anymore, it's such a numb feeling, also it's completely thin and no volume anymore there. It is cold too and feels like there is no penis anymore and that there it's only skin and a corpus spong. Left in my pants.that's cruel trust me!
It's like vacuum packed dick and I researched a little bit like hard flaccid but it's not really hard but much harder than my healthy dick was, because it was more like a sponge before.

-my question is - do you also had such feelings before your implant operatiion in the flaccid? Because many of you also had no normal blood supply I guess before your implant?

-if I get the implant this definitely make my corp cav wider and stretch it in the flaccid does this numb feeling and I will say the vacuumed shrink feeling go away?

-if you guess ed is a shit disease trust me it's nothing compared to that feeling 24hours per day!

Hope this goes away or someone had nearly similar symptoms before the ipp and can tell me something.

Thanks a lot

Hey Rocco;
I have had a lot of surgery on my junk and as a result, I have "dead" areas. As for blood flow, I can still get a semi despite the fact that I am implanted AND, my glans does get engorged. :)

Hi Rocco,

Sorry to hear your situation..

When I tried using a vacuum pump a while back, it gave me problem similar to what I hear you describe - whereby I just wouldn't feel any sensation in it for months after (my guess is that the vacuum pump had somehow caused trauma to it - a view which the surgeons didn't seem to agree with because vacuum pumps are successful for most people). The sensation did gradually return again over time - and hoping this might by the case for you - whereby the penile tissues may just need time to heal themself?

Have you looked into a penile doppler test (I had this a while back) - if I remember correctly, this test shows you the blood flow in v blood flow out - and so it might conclusively show you what is going on in terms of blood flow.

I have not had penile-implant, so others on the board could probably best advise on sensations / how engorged it feels post-op.

Best,
37yo. Implanted for 1st time in 2018 with Titan. I’ve had ED my whole life, & was born with Phimosis & Congenital Downward Curvature - both of which corrected in 2009 (with Nesbitt's & Circumcision). ED remained until 2018 implant.

You have to be fully healed when you start using the VED, otherwise you could have major complications, like sutures ripping out, etc. :)
