partial deflation?

I have to confess that I went through about 18 months after my implant where I was so depressed about my little dick that I didn't pump it up that often, stayed off this useful forum and after a few failed attempts at vanilla missionary sex (couldn't keep it in her) didn't do much in bed with my wife.

Just in the last month I have tried to be a glass half full guy and make the best of what I have. Only by reading a lot of posts here did I realize that if I keep it pumped up for hours at a time regularly I can gain some length with my AMS implant. In the last two weeks I have gained about 3/4" and in girth too. Plus I learned here, not from my doctor, to choose sex positions better suited for my below average equipment.

Here's my issue. With all this pumping and deflating it no longer fully deflates. Until a month ago I could fully drain the cylinders and have a very limp bendable dick that hung straight down. Now try as I might I can only queeze enough to get it down to about 50%. It is softer and a little shorter but less flexible and wanting to point out at 3:00 position. Is this a problem?

I only wish after my initial discouragement I had stayed on here regularly and taken advantage of the help from so many others in similar circumstances.

I squeeze and fold mine at the same time as holding the button. That drains it flat. I think there is a little snap to be felt if squeezing the deflate button strongly. When I feel that snap from the button, I don't need to hold the button anymore and I can fold and bend to complete dry. I like to do one quick pump to get the (pop) lock valve after deflate.
The squeeze and fold is in the AMS deflate procedure.

Oldbeek is right.

It requires some practice and experimentation to fully deflate the AMS device (and, I suppose, the Coloplast device, also).

Wrap your hand around the penis. "Milk" it the opposite of how you would milk a cow's teat, forcing the saline solution away from the penis' tip toward your body. Then squeeze hard and simultaneously squish your penis' head towards your body inside the hand that is squeezing.

I find that this makes my penis very flat and even a little concave. A small amount of backflow refills my penis, but only slightly.

If you find backflow/refilling to be excessive, contacting the AMS patient Liaison is me recommendation for your next step.

In the meantime, I suggest wearing underwear (briefs, jock strap/supporter, etc) that hold your penis pointed firmly up. I find that position more comfortable (no rubbing my tip) and concealable.

Give Jamie at AMS a call about your implant not fully draining 1 844 433 2873. Every time I have recommended someone call her, she has helped them. She will talk you through a resolution.

You have that right about underwear. I was a boxers guy but it just wants to tent them which leaves me with a sore tip. I am tempted to wear a jock all the time it's the most comfortable.
