I started this new subject to get more thoughts on it. My PT said I needed to VED daily to keep proper blood flow to my penis, before I got my implant. Back then, I used the VED every day to get venous blood flow and injected every 4 days to get oxygenated blood flow until the injections started to cause serious plaque.
Since ppi my glans is blue. How does an implant ( 2 artificial rods) give me the blood flow that I need to keep my penis healthy?

Idk oldbeek. I’m 26 days post op myself and I told my surgeon that I was having some wood without pumping. He said at my age that was possible since extra tubes was shoved up in there. I thought about using sindifil citrate, maybe about 30-40mg along with to engorge? I’m afraid right now tonise a VED myself so maybe one these others can help

Of course. The more girth you had pre-op the more tissue retains functional.
I d actually use PDE-5I or PGE1( intraurethral) to keep this tissue alive (especially if you are you ger.)
PS: bit drunk, wxcuse the spelling errors)

An implant does not give you blood flow. It does however stretch your penis when you cycle it kind of like a regular erection or using ved. With a cold glans, you could try pills or trimix gel. Personally, if I had a cold glans, I would try everyday cialis or pop a viagra before sex. Also, I would have as much sexual activity as possible. Keep your penis stimulated.

The more my penis is stimulated when inflated, the bigger and warmer my head gets. I still have blood flow, more then I had anticipated.

I just got Viagra and still have a pre-impant Cialis prescription. I intend to try both and see if they engorge the helmet. I am over two years out and now seem to get a little woody when sufficiently aroused around the implant. However my ED was the result of heart meds which my cardiologist has cut back on not nerve damage.
Age 68 - AMS LGX 12+2cm. Lost over an inch from pre-ED length but thicker for what it's worth (not much). ED result of heart meds.
