how hard when flaccid

How hard are you when fully flaccid? My ams does not seem to get very soft at all. At flaccid I can bend it but it still hangs at 5 o'clock. I have a problem with the skin on my glans and it stays sore all the time. To pump it up it only takes about 5 pumps. (only a 15cm). To drain it I squeeze as hard as I can. I am a farm boy so I know the technique to milk a cow. This damn thing just seems to stiff. Squeezed it down last night and had sex with it this AM in the so called flaccid state. Friggin glans are so sore, I couldn't orgasam.

With my LGX 21cm, I too hang down at 5:00, but it is nowhere near hard enough to penetrate anything. It’s definitely firmer than my former wet noodle, but I need at least 15 pumps to be stiff enough for penetration and about 30 for a good level of firmness.

I am about an inch shorter than max most of the time and like it that way. Do you have folds in the cylinders with points when you are flaccid? I try to keep the cylinders fairly smooth. I very a bit but find I have mostly settled to where it will be. You may have a bit of auto inflation going on and I think I may still have some. I only have a 1cm RTE so some of it may be fluid inside where I cannot squeeze. Then that fluid moves out. The DVD in your packet shows a different way to squeeze to set the pump than the "cow" method. I have used both. Number of pumps very as I am never have fully empty cylinders but most times about 5 good pumps and then some partial ones. I have read that the cylinders do soften a bit over time and we also should get used to the new us. I really like my new feel and hang. Give it some time to heal. I take Tylenol every day for other issues so if you are not still taking over the counter pain meds you might try that for a while. I am just over 4 weeks longer post op than you and my pain is all but gone. I am still dealing with bruising and some other issues. I am really looking forward to improvements over the next 1-4 months.

Thanks for the replies. I don't have any folds, and never got a voideo of how to operate the thing. Kind of pissed with my URO group. I don't even have anything in writing. We just discussed an AMS LGX but for all I know I may have a cx. If not for this site, I would know nothing.

If you did not receive your AMS packet and info on what IPP you have I would contact my doctor.

Make sure you press the release button hard. You should not have to squeeze the penis itself hard. Just gently to completely deflate. It does get softer in the flaccid state with time. What is going on with the glans skin pain?

It is so important you totally deflate. You must feel the release button set. You can drain out your implant by pushing your dick gently into your body. If you go to pump up and don't get the 'pop' , you never totally deflated. It takes practice but after a little over a year and a half implanted, I'm a pro.

To ed 2013, I came up allergic to an antibiotic called Levofloxin. The covered skin in your mouth and the normally covered skin on your glans are related. Well Levofloxin caused the skin in my mouth and my glans to explode to the point of bleeding. Took 3 months for the bleeding to stop. Almost 4 yrs now and I can still see the blood vessels in my glans. Probably will never cure 100%.
To donnie, I will stop squeezing itlike silly putty. Last night I found that my cylinders are also behind my scrotum. I was not getting them drained. Pressed there while squeezing dick and got it lots flatter. Then pushed pump to hear "pop". Much better... Thanks for the info and support.
