At 4 months, im still numb and cannot orgasm. There is a flicker of hope. Near the incision, I now have burning pain. I’m hopeful that this may be indicative of some healing and nerve regrowth. We will see. The rest of my penis has not changed. I continue to fuck my girlfriend on a regular basis (like this morning) and enjoy the feeling of being hard and inside a wet vagina. I’m trying to not over think it and let it happen. Some days I’m ok. Others, I get worried and depressed. Time will tell.
69 years old. Prostate cancer followed by radiation. Implanted with Titan with classic pump on 3/24/2025.

Osprey_1, hang in there ! Glad things are good with your GF -- that's big. Remember that even in your poll, 30% saw progress in 6-18mo timeframe.
