Congratulations on the sex! It sounds like the malleable is a winner so far. Given you can still tap ass and give your girl the same pleasure as with the inflatable, does this make you lean toward keeping what you have rather than having another surgery?

I enjoyed it as much as when I was natural except I didn’t have the constant worry that I would go soft during sex. That was kind of nice.

As of right now, the only thing in my head is the size loss, and knowing that I will never grow any of that loss back with a malleable. Like I had said earlier, I do believe the doctor slightly undersized the malleable because he was putting it in after pulling out an infected titan. so in all reality, if this was a fresh surgery, I believe I would’ve retained more of the length.

No matter what my decision ends up being, I will have this set up for at least 2 to 3 months. I have an appointment with Dr. Hakky on November 9 and I’m going to rely a lot on what his opinion is. I would say for sure if I was in my 70s and knew I had possibly one revision left. I would stick with the malleable. The fact is, I’m 53 and in really good shape with no health issues, so I think I’m OK with another surgery if that’s what I decide. I believe with the titan I will regain the size I lost. But again it’s all going to depend on the next two or three months as I continue to test drive the malleable. I have two other girls I routinely play with so I would like to get their honest opinion too. I am more than willing to make those sacrifices for you guys.

Considering you only lost a half inch of length and a quarter inch of girth thats pretty freaking good. Im surprised your girl would even notice that difference. I think I would be very tempted to stay with that set up as long as you were able to conceal it to your satisfaction. I say that because I am about the same size as you and if I came out of surgery still over 6 inches in length and 5 inches or better in girth with no pump and the other mechanics of an inflatable I think it would be tough to go back under the knife for minimal gains

That’s a great point. Luckily I’ve got a couple of months to make the decision. No rush. I’m sure part of it was also that it was the safest most docile sex I’ve ever had.

It’s getting better as I heal more. I’m still getting used to it always being hard. It is definitely more comfortable folded down. We had very careful sex once so far and it was great. I still have stitches in my scrotum so I’m being careful. The real sex test will be after the 8th.

Overall, I like it. There are definitely pluses that the malleable. I’m still going to Pursue the revision back to a 3 piece, but I’ll only go through with it after giving the malleable a real shot.

I mean going for another surgery with infection risk (which is actually higher in case of revision), another round of months before being fully healed again, chances of needing a revision at mark 5-7 (a fourth one..). It sounds boring and stressing at best. Imho.
