Slight bump on one side. Smooths out after a few pumps . If it matters, I am fairly long. About 5 inches soft and 8 hard.

Implanted 5/14/24 at 63. Married to the same wonderful wife for 35 years. AMS 700. 24cm with 3 cm extension on both sides. Heart disease since 50 years old.

hey cbinspok, it's not clear from your signature if you have 1cm of RTE or 3cm of RTE both side. Can you clarify the signature?

Cycling with a lot of pain for the first 5 months, now improving
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

Its one 3 cm RTE, for a total of 21 cm. My fully inflated pic isnt very good, will try a beter pic.
Will go with a cx if ever need a revision.

I'm sharing some pics since I wanted to see of post op pics when going through the decision process to know what things might look like once implanted and healed, but did not find all that many that were that helpful. It wasn't easy to find pics that were similar age or similar penis or there wasn't a good angle. Hopefully these will help others. I will also do an update in a separate thread soon, but I am just over six months and all is good. For perspective, flaccid length is just under 7" and flaccid girth 4 3/4".

Implanted 2/14/24 at age 50 w/ a 22cm Titan, no RTE's, classic pump by Dr. Clavell after 9+ years of worsening ED. I tried everything from pills to injections. Venous leak confirmed 2/2/24. Healthy, fit and active.
