HardRon those are great pics. You have one great looking dick there. I am jealous and wish I had over 7" length. Great girth too.
51 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

Thanks! I hope this kind of shows Titans can expand.
The best thing about the implant is it makes you finally free from thinking of ED.
It took up a lot of my time.
I'm glad I finally decided to get help.
My confidence is back! Now getting in shape is my next goal.

I really like the angle and so glad my surgeon suggested the scrotoplasty. She did a nice job.
