Overall things are pretty good.
Size
Much for my amazement I am bigger than ever before, now clocking at 19.5 (7.5. in) centimeters and 14 (5.5 in) centimeters girth. I can only imagine that because of the leak before I maybe never reached my true size as the implant technically shouldn't increase size. I had to upgrade from normal to large condoms - felt good, can't deny.
I also feel like I haven't reach full size yet as I can still increase pumps over time.
Pain
Pain is still sometimes present when deflating or getting an awkward angle when packaged away.
There can be pain during certain movements in handjobs and blowjobs, and some things I liked before now feel uncofortable. This seems to be the two ends of the implant poking into the glans. It's not a huge problem, but it might require your partner to change their habits.
I've had a fair bit of pain during intercourse in the following situations:
- prolonged rough penetrative sex (30+ minutes) - it hurts enough to get me out of the zone, but is usually fine about 15 minutes after. More sore than directly painful. This is full force fucking like your life depends on it - all good in more chill sessions.
- anal sex - the glans doesn't seem to like being pushed down onto the implant tips, and the tightness forces that, so had to stop that entirely...maybe this will get better, I'm not sure.
Shape
I still have a bend, which I was told is because of a scar want pinches on the bottom of the shaft internally. It can be fixed but surgeon said it's not recommended until a year down and might go away on its own. It's annoying but not suuuper bothersome, so I will wait.
Partners
Currently mostly interacting with just one partner, who loves the implant. Played with a few other women, where I have been upfront and got zero negative response. If they have any complaints, they are not voicing them. I even have some friends who have kindly offered to "provide a safe space to try out the implant" when they heard about it.
Function
Inflates well, no issues. Last pumps need both thumbs, but I mostly do that to see how far I can stretch, definitely could have sex before that.
Sometimes it seems to auto-inflate a tiny bit, but not much.
I can't feel the reservoir, and all else integrates neatly with no pain or discomfort.
Kinky Stuff

) - this is not medical adviceCBT - weird now, because you have a third ball. Needs to be a lot more guided as the implant interferes or can be damaged. Only recommend if the person knows, and would avoid large impact area tools.
Cock Rings - I know some people use them, but I found it interferes with the implant and causes a sort of "glue" sensation once you stimulate, your mileage might vary
Ball rings and restraints - can't be too tight as they clamp on the implant hose, also pulls on implant if you use tie your balls to something, would not recommend but might be fine (didn't ask the surgeon)
Shibari - seems fine as long as you don't tie around the balls or base of shaft
Chastity cage - works fine
prostate play - works fine, added benefit of not losing it when you focus too much on anal orgasms (happened to me before)
Overall
I'm pretty damn happy with this thing. It has eradicated a large part of my sexual issues, and given me significant confidence. I've also started to realize I'm actually bigger than average, whereas I thought I was below. Still wish I had a bit more girth, so might consider a filler (I have friends with good experiences with it).
I wish I had this when I was 15 already, and I would heartily recommend it if you have a venous leak, or other condition. It's hugely improved my life and changed the way I think about sex and myself.
I would overall recommend my surgeon as well, although I would say he's not the most comforting or informative person (compared to what the American surgeons seem to do), but it's healed well and I will hold my opinion on the bend until the year has passed.
