That bulge seems reasonable. I suppose It'd be slightly more prominent with a tucked in shirt though, which is my regular work attire.

Are you able to fully bend it down yet or you're still bending it with ease until you're fully healed?

Do you feel like it'd be possible to improve it's concealment if you were to use tighter underwear? Any room for improving the concealment aspect?

I'm not entirely sure that the actor from this video has a malleable but there are indications. Great result if that's indeed a malleable.
