Does this toy give you dry Os or super Os like the aneros guys say their toys do.

Does the Aneros have a vibrator?
60 yrs old. Gradually worsening ED for 10 years. Pills and trimix not working well anymore. Will need an implant in the near future.

Since I have trouble ejaculating I am very interested in anal/prostate massage. Anyone have suggestions on where I might find such a thing. Also, are they dangerous?

May I suggest an index finger, preferably some one else’s, with or without surgical glove. Insert finger in favorite lube, then in anus, and rub back and forth pressing up against prostate. As the fingered party ejaculates, the fingerer feels every contraction of the prostate. Gratifying for both.

Performance anxiety is the most common cause of losing or not getting an erection. It is the result of being in your head worrying about whether or not you will get hard or stay hard. Once you start to do that you get caught in a "fear of failure" cycle which keeps reinforcing itself. How to deal with this problem is explained in simple terms in a small inexpensive book on premature ejaculation.
