I’m 5 inches after surgery :|

Currently I have to stay partially inflated for 2 weeks, it’s been a week since my surgery. I measure at 5 inches flat with my implant slightly inflated.

In 2018 I remember being around 6 1/2 to 7 inches. I’m not very thick, so I always took pride in my length.

For reference:
I have a 20 CM Titan One Touch with 1CM of RTE’s.

Do you guys think I’ll be able to get some of that length back ? Any girth gained from these implants ?

I got a 24cm implant and what i looked at for months was not the size i had..I cycled every day...i even caught an infection 2 weeks post op but no scar tissue no nothing..My cell count went up had fever and all...nothing bad happened..My titan or penis or both just kept stretching with time..I still get pain over inflating but i gained girth and got all my size back...i think even a lil more...I lost a lil weight to add more visual length..Take into account your lack of moving and gaining weight if any post op..Take into account that those devices also stretch even though they say titans dont gain length...Your surgery puts a tight strain on your shaft so thats why you lose size...assuming your doc sized you right..you ll get it all back...cycle cycle cycle...im 2 years post op and i still cycle 3 times a week more with sex...use that shit ...grab the base pump bend in all directions,,pump,,rinse and repeat till you cant bend it at all..

What do you mean "caught an infection 2 weeks post op"? Did your implant get infected?

And what is your current size compared to pre op? (accounting for that extra cm you mentioned)

Yes, the pump got pulled up until only about 1 cm of tubing was left. Can't pull it down mow, although I keep trying.

I got an implant 5 months after the RP. During that 6 months, I used a VED and stretched.

So, before implant, I was 17 cm (6.7") NPL flaccid and 14.5 in a VED. Girth unknown.

Now BPL pumped 14 cm, but perhaps 0.5 cm more when wound thins down. Girth 11.5 cm (4.5") and 12.5 cm (5") with tadalafil or after VED.

Pre RP, girth was probably 14 cm (5.5") with tadalafil.

Cycling for 1 hour twice a day, hoping for more girth.

Doggedly, how far into your glans does the implant reach?

Fully inflated, halfway in, which feels just right.
Deflated, not that far in. maybe just a quarter of the way in.

Just wanted to add my experience to the thread. My pre-op size was 6.25 inches, and I was down to 5 inches right after surgery, which was definitely a concern. But I wanted to share a positive update. Now, 9 months have passed, and I've gotten back to 5.5 inches. I've been cycling consistently the whole time, and for the last month, I've started sleeping with the implant about 90% inflated. The progress is slow, but it's happening! Hope this helps encourage others.

What was the reason for the 1 1/4 " loss of length . was it from an extended period of ED with no nocturnal erections, or was it trauma from surgery, or possibly both ?
