My GF totally accepts my IPP. This coming from a woman who loves to fuck, is non-monogamous, and an unabashed size queen. We are committed to each other but party and swing.
Saturday night I had a threesome with her and her best friend. I revealed my secret to the friend BEFORE the sex, and the friend said she noticed no difference from last time (before implant), even with a BJ. Total acceptance.
Had an office visit with a prominent implant surgeon- just to have a local guy in case of problems. He told me in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS that the model Eid put in me is good for 100,000 inflations- that the 10-year lifespan is really the older models and basically I’ll be long gone before this thing wears out. He literally thinks I’ll have this for life (even with 2+ inflations a day) and never need a revision (I’m 55). Take that for what it’s worth.

That’s another amazing report, dude. Happy for you!
But again, I really do have to say, manage your expectation on the life expectancy of the device.
I’ve literally not read or heard of that at all. All one need do is consult the literature, the user reviews or the surgeons’ answers to the question of ‘how long will they last?’.
I really hope he’s right but don’t be super surprised or upset if you need a replacement at 63-65.
I mean damn, I WISH they were lifetime devices,
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.
