My reply is directed to point number 4 and point number 4 only.

I don't think unreasonable failure rate is exclusive to the OTR since MAUDE reports mention both models with alot of genesis tubings failing early too.

But I agree that classic pumps are more durable since these companies only try to downgrade their products durability to keep the 30% yearly revision rate and their quarterly profits up....and yes genesis/classic pump design is more reasonable as per Dr.Eid....but again maybe "less" shittier...still shitty.

If as you said "he USUALLY sees a 20 year life span from the classic device" , why did he celebrated a surviving 12 year OTR like a unicorn on his channel ??

Don't tell me because it's an OTR and 12 year is a unicorn with an OTR and not the genesis/classic  because he would have published dozens of surviving 20+ year surviving classic/genesis pumps on his youtube channel if he USUALLY sees them surviving that long.

Also he himself said that the average device life expected (100% sugarcoated) is contingent with modest use once or twice per week.

I knew you wouldn't be far away. Why do you have to spam everyone's journal posts with your big pharma conspiracy theories. Just start your own thread where you can talk endlessly about unreliability of IPP's. As it is, no one can post anything positive without you parroting the same thing over and over again, we get it. The worst part is you don't even have an implant, why are you even here if you're so against them?
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

He’s becoming a joke now, even the positive posts aren’t safe from tooyoung

Clearly needs to get a life on top of his strange obsession with implants.

This tooyoung guy is just hilarious and makes a fool of himself. He shitposts on EVERY post people make here.

He doesn’t even recognize no one takes him serious. He is just a spammer and a clown. Only posting overgeneralized criticism, posts full of lack of balance. Biased, one-sided, and emotionally colored. It’s more of a personal cautionary stance than a well-balanced or evidence-based critique.

The best thing is: He has no experience with IPP on his own

Excellent review professor Tangerine!

Could you comment on your orgasms with your wife's vagina, please? Has it shortened or got delayed or is it absent all together? We are hearing different experiences in this board! Thank you.

regarding the question on orgasm for me after implant.

ANSWER: It takes me a little longer to orgasm; but, this is very welcome since i HAD premature ejaculation before implant. Now I am still a little quick to ejaculate, but I do have better control and can hold off longer then I used to. But, I suppose, my general answer is that the time to orgasm is similar to before implant. Regarding intensity of orgasm, it is better and longer lasting after implant. Note, I had penoscrotal approach, so there is no nerve problems with that approach (this is diffefrent from the higher chance of nerve issues with infrapubic approach)

And as you have asked, my wife orgasm quality is many times better after the implant.
