My latest pics 3.5 weeks out. My penis, especially my head, is very sensitive in a good way, but I'm not used to it. Orgasms are more intense, and volume and force of ejaculate is what it was years ago. And it no longer takes me an hour to get off. I'm very pleased. I'm measuring 7.5" bone-pressed and 5.75" around. I was 8"x6" before. How do I tell if I'm fully pumped? I squeeze the bulb until I no longer hear a sort of faint slurp sound it makes when the fluid transfers. I read elsewhere the bulb will go flat. That hasn't happened for me, though.

The bulb just gets hard and will not squeeze ant more, you can't break it. Very good looking dick, wish I was that big, have to settle for my 5.5"

Still lookin' good! Thanks for the tip. The bulb is pretty hard either way. But I wonder because Titans are known for girth expansion and I'm under where I was before. If all the fluid is in the implant, wouldn't it be thicker? I suppose it's too early to tell.

As I think you know, I have the Titan also. My girth was 6.5+" before my implant, now I am just under 5.5" , don't know what happen, my length is almost the same as before at 5.5". Right after my surgery my bulb was hard as a rock, could not squeeze it at all. Found out the pump was locked up. Somehow through playing with it I unlocked it and that is when I got into trouble pumping myself up and not being able to release it . Since I was activated, I have not had any trouble with it at all.

I was so upset when I first got my implant...5 weeks later I am fucking like there is no tomorrow!
