Fifty-nine-year-old gay man In New York City, on and off, and in Asbury Park, NJ. Got implanted four years ago. I'm happy to do a Show & Tell, if someone is thinking about getting an implant, but want to see how it looks in real life first.

Anyone near Atlanta? I am mainly concerned about how it feels flaccid and how difficult it is to pump. Full disclosure I am heterosexual.

Anyone in Eastern Iowa, Western Illinois willing to show and tell?
60 have had Ed for 5+yrs due to removal of my bladder and prostrate. Have tried pills, shots and VED. Only VED works. Very interested in receiving an implant.

I'm in Eastern Iowa and would be willing to show and tell. It was very useful to me when making my implant decision, so I'd be happy to pay it forward.

Hello, Gay man has had no effective erection for penetration ever. Always had to be a bottom. I’ve decided to get the implant. Is there anyone else in this category?

Request : can you share before and after images with statement of benefits? So serious!

The real struggle has been to keep an erection at all for the past few years because of the Venus leakage.

Last question- Is size and girth similar after? I do not see a choice … it’s a do it or not thing, but still like to be ready for expectations after my surgery on the 16 of Dec.
