I’m trying to make the most informed decision possible and would really value input from guys who have lived with these devices.

About me:

• about to be 38. Active social life in nyc
• Mild unilateral fibrosis (left side) from prior injections
• 7-7.2inch length with injections/ 5 inch girth at base, under 5 further up the shaft due to scar tissue.
• socially active/ will be single life dating after implant.
• Most of my life is spent in the flaccid state
. 6’1 height. 175-180 pound lean build with lean legs. Baggy cloths don’t look good on me…. Especially pants.

My main concern is everyday concealment, not rigidity.

I’ve read that Titan can sit more semi-rigid when flaccid, which can make it more noticeable in clothing. That worries me. Some young guys on here have gone so far as to replace their functioning titans with ams because the Titan flaccid bothered them so much. I don’t want to fix ED and then feel self-conscious in daily life trying to hide it. Problem is Eid is all Titan. Didn’t even discuss ams with me.

Questions:
1. For Titan users, how noticeable is it day to day?
2. Does concealment become easy over time, or is it always something you think about?
3. For AMS (LGX/CX) users, is the flaccid state actually more natural?
4. If you were in your early 30s again, would you choose the same device?
5. Has anyone chosen AMS over Titan specifically for concealment, even with some fibrosis?

Not trying to start a brand debate. Just want honest, real-world feedback before surgery.

Appreciate any insight, including regrets if you have them.

Hello there,

On April 19 it will be my 3rd year with a Titan 24 plus 2 rte’s, I am 59 years young, 6’2 about 220lbs, my advice is go for it, i love this thing, it is not perfect, perfect was what I had, but it stopped working properly, and this is the next best thing, the old one is not coming back, and this one has some very good advantages, like hard for as long as you want… if it gets hot you can go and set the AC cooler, if you get thristy, pause go get a drink of wine water shareor you know what let’s go downstairs to the jacuzzy and keep going, no worries what so ever, this is the best thing to have when the original fails….

I did loose a little girth, but I had a beer can of a dick that may not be your case, I had a banana type dick now its straight I gained about 1/2 inch lenght so all and all i love it go for it, you are with a good surgen

Best of luck

Appreciate the response. Big time. Thing is it does seem that men who had larger girths to begin with have a much easier time with the titan. I have above average length but very average girth. If I end up with the same girth you ended with that would mean I had a significant gain in girth. I feel like it’s going to be tight and painful. I’m stoked for you that you gained a half inch.

I'm currently length 7.3" bone-pressed, and girth 5.75". Before implant, I had a girth of 6.7"; the shaft was bulging out on one side, which caused the extra girth. After getting the implant, the shaft is straighter and doesn't bulge out like that.

Please also note that I'm not saying that the Titan is better than the AMS. I have no experience of the AMS, so I'm not in a position to compare. I just wanted to let you know about my experience of the Titan and concealment: for me it hasn't been a problem.

Best of luck with deciding which brand to use and with your surgery and recovery!

I appreciate your responses big time man. I’ve read a lot of your posts and you do such an incredible job communicating your experience. It means a lot to guys like me who are about to go through it.

Man I’m super unsure what to do. I’m glad to hear you’ve had no issues concealing it and I think the advice about leading the sexual interaction is on point. I am really bummed to hear that you regret getting the Titan. I have yet to read someone with our girth who doesn’t regret it. I just know Eid doesn’t like doing ams but will do them.

Appreciate that man. Pre op is Monday. Will make a final decision then with Eid.

When I’m fully inflated, I can really feel it pushing and stretching. I think the side that had a bit of narrowing hurts a bit more. I’m hoping overtime that eventually things will loosen up. I’m fine if I end up at about 4.75 to 5. I think that’s a reasonable goal.

Wow this is legitimately like my exact situation. I have scar tissue narrowing mid to upper third of the left side. I’m probably around 4.75-4.9 girth now. If I end up with even getting that constricted narrowed side to fill out eventually I’ll be happy. I’ll be following your recovery to see how your progress goes.
