If you lose some sensitivity or have some numbness after things settle down, it's not guaranteed but possible that you may take longer to cum.
That has been my own experience anyway. I still have some residual numbness under the base of my shaft near the penoscrotal incision, although it is very slowly improving. When I first resumed sex I was taking forever to climax due to a combination of residual numbness and discomfort, and often couldn't get there at all. As the weeks have gone on I've regained my previous horniness and control. I can now get sexually excited and orgasm more quickly or take longer as I choose, and can climax every time from PIV sex. I recognise that historically you have the opposite problem but who knows, there could be an unexpected benefit. Wait and see, but yes you will definitely stay as hard as you want for as long as you want. That's the power of a bionic dick!
Sooo jealous of all you guys that have to take some time before you climax. To me that is a sort of good problem.
May sound crazy but ever since the procedure (5 days ago) the way I think about things has changed. I have this inner confidence that I’ve never had before in my life. When I’ve been so shit for most of life the only option left is to now actually improve.
I figure the absolute worst thing that can happen to me is I tap out in 30 seconds but then I can keep going (so I have been told). Again it may sound crazy but I wouldn’t even care if I couldn’t climax the second time round. I know I will just love the pleasure of being able to actually fuck for as long as I want to. And to be able to focus on and bring pleasure to my partner. That would be heaven.
What is a beautiful thing is that when I am say massaging my dick / balls (to help with the swelling) or even sometimes just thinking about the future possibilities my head, I definitely think that I am getting a hard on. Obviously I am not and can’t (the swollen dick can trick the mind I guess) but who cares, it feels great.
Just as an aside, I am obviously partially inflated and dick is pointing north in athletic shorts. When you guys got to the cycling stage (inflating and deflating) where does your flaccid dick actually sit? As in when you have put on your underwear and pants and are just going about living life.
That is, does it (and should it still be) pointing north or does it or can it ‘flop over’ and point south?
I've always been a North pointer and kept that IPP compass needle pointing North after surgery.
I think because of that, my pumped up erection now reliably points to one o'clock (NNW?), making missionary position as easy and good as it was pre RP.
I would definitely recommend new implantee brothers to keep it pointing North all the time after surgery to allow the newly forming capsule to adopt that shape.
I personally find that stuffing my dick downward into my trunks is now too uncomfortable.
