In my opinion once you loose erections, oxygen deprivation sets in and disease starts. Mine lasted at least 40 years before it took me out completely. So when I say don't wait too long, well 40 years is a very long time. So maybe you have 30 years or 20 years. Just keep on top of your dying penis and don't wait until your disease becomes chronic. On the other hand if you choose to fix it sooner rather than later, that works too.

To be sure it's not fair for me to lump all ED into the penis destroying category. So that's why I say Erectile Disease/Dysfunction. Lot's of guys take antidepressants and develop venous leakage

Thats what my last uro said. Appreciate that.
Clomid is not a standard treatment for low testosterone. It works by blocking estrogen in the brain and since estrogen happens to be important for libido, Clomid can suppress libido in some men.
I thought clomid worked in creasing estrogen that then creates a response reaction in the form of increased testosterone. Never thought it was an estrogen blocker.
if I were you I would ask for direct testosterone replacement instead of clomid and see if that helps.
When I was on clomid, I did experience more frequent, better morning wood and better mood. But my sex drive and sexual sensations in the penis didnt improve. Now, my sides included dizziness, and in one morning, an inability to pee adequately. But my BIGGEST complaint on clomid was hair loss. Thats something I can't tolerate.
Its possible I may have taken too much clomid too frequently. My uro then suggested taking clomid 2 - 3 times/week. Let me know what you think of this plan.
Your suggestion of taking direct testosterone over clomid may still be fraught with the same issues I had under clomid. If I take direct testosterone, the extra testosterone will, I'm afraid, once again cause the same issues I just outlined with clomid since more testosterone will cause hair loss. So I dont think clomid is the cause, as its only the vehicle by which extra testosterone creates these sides, not the clomid itself. Let me know what you think of this also.
