why did they do sub-coronal rather than scrotal or infrapubic?
updated: 70 y.o., implanted with titan nov. 3 by Dr. Brady in orlando to correct peyronies. 20 cm with 3 cm RTEs. due to the severity of the peyronies, some internal excisions were made scrotally, recovery will probably take a little longer.

Also noticed on Youtube that Dr. Hakky also does implants using the scrotal approach. Wonder how he decides which technique to use?
60 yrs old. Gradually worsening ED for 10 years. Pills and trimix not working well anymore. Will need an implant in the near future.

Dr Hakky wants to do sub-coronal with an additional incision for the pump, double transplant and he said less risk of infection
Pump, pills and Trimix no longer work

Dr Hakky has a you tube video on how the procedure is done, I watched it and a couple others he had, with out anesthesia I'd be screaming like a woman!!
