I hope you find the right choice for you man

Man I’m super unsure what to do. I’m glad to hear you’ve had no issues concealing it and I think the advice about leading the sexual interaction is on point. I am really bummed to hear that you regret getting the Titan. I have yet to read someone with our girth who doesn’t regret it. I just know Eid doesn’t like doing ams but will do them.

Indeed, I’d love it if you expanded on that. We hear from a lot of guys that either do or don’t tell potential partners about their implant, but you are the only guy I have heard of that told her two years in. How did it go? What was your prep for a conversation like that? We’d love your insight.

It went very well. I told her before that i might need to get surgery again, but not what for. When i told her what for she was relieved it's not cancer or something of the sort.
She didn't care at all and was more interested in it and wanted to pump it.
She was also surprised and almost impressed how i managed to hide it from her.

She was understanding of me not telling her earlier and frankly she really doesn't give a fuck about it.

I didn't do much prep, i just told her confidently that i had surgery on my dick because of an accident and have a device in it. I said i'm sorry i didn't tell her earlier and that the reasons for that were that it's very personal and that i didn't want her to worry

Thanks, Indeed. That aligns with my thoughts on this. Women largely cant figure it out and even if they could don’t care, particularly if their feelings for you extend beyond purely sexual.
