7 months now!! I can honestly before my implant i had really severe ED and my confidence my whole entire life was f"#%ked. I also was unable to ejaculate 90% of the time due to sensitivity issues and the monstrous amounts of viagra i was taking. To make clear how bad it was i was taking sometimes 300mg of viagra and without it i couldnt get erect at all my whole entire life. It would be a rare occasion that would be hard enough for sex but would be extremely short lived.
After 7 months this has been the most profound and best experience of my life, i havent lost any size and i am able to ejaculate every single time almost too quick now hahaha
I am extremely satisfied with my implant and it has saved a massive part of my life, i dont even notice i have an implant.
I was alittle worried at 4 months as i had a glanpexy during my surgery for the implant, so when i went to have unprotected sex it hurt quite severely where the scar was but i used bio oil for a month and completely fixed the problem.

I hope it hasn't caused you any lasting problems.If you're cumming too quickly sometimes you could try those numbing/delaying creams.
Pre ED I used them at times, which helped when I wanted to try and fuck for as long as possible
