All done literally in recovery now WOO HOO!
Turns out i got a 22cm titan is that good?
In some pain but its not too bad, im worried i wont be able to wee i have a need to go but cant go at the moment

After a few hours,
- No noticablw loss in size, looks amazing
- slight annoying pain in the scrotum
- difficulty passing urine, is dribbling out really slowly (any advice?)
- feel a bit woozy after being under
- scrotum is wrapped in bandage and so is my penis.
Just wondering if anyone had similar experiences thanks lads! Bloody love this group

Thanks so im sitting here at the hospital and i was wondering about positions is there any positions to avoid during sex now?
I'm not going to hurt my implant, am i? Hahaha
Sorry just curious as i domt want to injure myself or break the implant during sex hahaha

UPDATE - Everything is all good i think pain relief is wearing off, have an ache in the scrotum, bit anxious and petrified of an infection but other then that qll is well

UPDATE day 2 - Slight to Medium pain in the testicles but bearable, trying to get used to this huge buldge at the front of my pants for the next 4 weeks before i can deflate it.

Robbie, congratulations and welcome to the bionic brotherhood mate . Over time I'm sure you'll love your implant. Plenty of good advice already. I was paranoid about infection for the first 4 weeks or more. In the end everything was fine but always reach out to your medical team with any concerns. 22 cm Titan sounds perfectly good if that's what was sized correctly for your anatomy. I have a BS LGX so can't really compare as they're different brands/models, and everyone's distal and proximal length (and girth) will be different even if the implant cylinders are the same size. What you describe all sounds pretty normal in my experience. As a younger guy it's likely that you'll heal more quickly but try and be patient, relax and give yourself time to recover. Get stuck into cycling the implant once you're deflated and have a green light for that. It's unlikely that you'll break your dick or the implant during sex unless you do something really outrageous . But don't rush into sex too early, there can be discomfort initially but I've found that it fades over time, and now it feels great .

You're welcome Robbie . Distal is the external length of the implant (what you can see) and proximal is the internal length (what is buried inside you).
For the same length implant some guys will be longer externally and vice versa.
If you have paperwork from your procedure it usually lists the proximal and distal measurements that the surgeon took.
Those are what they use to work out the correct size cylinders to fit, so that you should get back to your original size.

Robbie, See my last reply. But it was possibly a bit simplistic.
As I understand it the distal and proximal measurements added together will give you the overall length of your implant cylinders.
In your case 14 cm + 8 cm = 22 cm, plus 1.5 cm which I assume is RTE (rear tip extenders), = 23.5 cm total length.
If that was sized correctly it should eventually get you back to where you were pre-op.
Distal is the "visible" length outside your body but is not the length of your dick. Proximal is the internal part.
The reasons being that distal length doesn't include whatever part of your glans extends beyond the cylinder tips of the implant.
It also ignores any pubic fat that can visually "shorten" the length of the penis.
That's why most recommendations are to measure yourself by pressing against the pubic bone (i.e. "bone pressed").
Total guess, but say add 2 cm of glans length to your distal 14 cm = 16 cm + RTE 1.5 cm = 17.5 cm or about 7 inches (bone pressed).

Day 3!

Feeling slightly better with the pain, i have noticed a slight bump on the side of penis and it feels artificial im not sure if im overthinking it as its currently left in a 50/60% state, its about half way up my shaft.

Other then that seems to be going smoothly

Probably not an infection but I totally know the worry.
My doc got a laugh out of me when I showed up to my 4 day post op asking if the 2 holes in my glans were erosion. It was the needle holes from surgery. They weren't visible when I was discharged (wrapped) and slowly became visible as the mummy wrap got beat up (those are dark days. Im glad the worst only lasted ~1 week). I thought they were growing and I convinced myself I was in for more surgery, implant failure and more ED. So glad I was wrong.
Fyi: next week will be better than this week!
