macoza, I agree with ready2go. I have an AMS700 CX IPP. If you dated a girl with a perfect rack with implants, do you think she'd be scared about you realizing she has implants ? You may be underestimating how much she will appreciate what an on-demand, non-stop erection will mean to her.

realisticly , i think the only reason a women who already has a partner might not want her guy to get an implant, is that he would be able to satisfy another woman . and that is usually when the female side of the of that relationship, is not very interedted in sex anymore .
