News to me! What else is there for VL?

Xialla

External penis sleeves

I tried Xialla. It did nothing for me but trap a small amount of blood in my dysfunctional penis.

I think I see your problem. You need to smoke less, watch porn less, and get out and date some women. Reality is far better than fantasy.

Also I suggest you see a therapist. You are clearly depressed and need to work this out. It may actually help you come to terms with your implant and how you feel about it.

Mark -

You are not alone. I'm not saying I'm experiencing the same issue - I had to get my implant thanks to cancer - and ZERO function afterwards. I didn't have a choice. Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled to be able to have sex again, but the implant is not a magical solution for everyone and for me, cancer to a huge part of my sexuality - size, vitality, some sensation, and loss of function. However - the implant brought me function. The basics. And if I can at least get the basics back after two years of non function, then its a small price to pay.

To me it sounds like you may be suffering from depression. Lots of people suffer this from any kind of loss, whether it be death, job loss, sex life loss, or even loss of limbs. In a way thats what this is - we are substituting function via device. My advice would be to seek a therapist that can help you deal with the depression and loss that you are going through and to help you learn that life isn't all that bad.

I wish you luck in your journey!

I had pretty bad venous leak also, but now I would have preferred to accept it and keep my natural feeling and look. I had a nice looking dick even though it didn't work anymore...but now....

I'm glad it's working for you though. The fact that so many guys are happy with it makes me less hateful to my surgeon (who is really a nice guy, but he is the guy who cut me. so I have irrational anger right now)

So it sounds like form is more important than function for you. How it looks matters more than being able to use it?

I can't speak to how a malleable would look on me, but like you, I had a good looking tool prior to surgery and now, with my IPP my flaccid is bigger, still looks and feels natural and my girl thinks the new flaccid size looks hot.

I don't think I'd like the look and feel of being hard 24/7 with a malleable. Maybe you'd be happier with the look and feel of an IPP than the malleable :?:
