I agree with most stated unexpected benefits. Like being more of a shower now & more powerful orgasms.

But one crazy one I wasn't expecting was how good sex feels now. I'm at 13 months post implant & for the last 5ish months sex has felt amazing. May sound crazy but ever since the procedure (5 days ago) the way I think about things has changed. I have this inner confidence that I’ve never had before in my life. When I’ve been so shit for most of life the only option left is to now actually improve.

I figure the absolute worst thing that can happen to me is I tap out in 30 seconds but then I can keep going (so I have been told). So, everyone is likely to be at least slightly different. We all have the same equipment but the anatomical details can vary a lot.
I know some guys prefer to point north. For me I can get my dick to point pretty much south but not completely flat.
Like many I've become a "shower" and now have a much larger flaccid to stow than I've ever had. Having a bulge is a bonus that makes me happy. There is now a lot of extra gear down there and also the cylinders retain some fluid even after full deflation. At least that has been my experience, YMMV. I always had a natural bend and that has been exaggerated by the implant surgery. I now point/bend significantly to the right, especially when fully erect. I suspect due to fibrosis/scarring from Trimix use that was cleaned up during my surgery. Something I'll follow up on at my next post op review, but it hasn't been a problem so far. To a lesser extent my flaccid dick also hangs to the right and south-ish, so that's how I stow it when going about day to day living. I've found dressing to the right to be the most comfortable position to leave it.

“Sort of a good problem”. I agree, When I first trained myself to control when I climaxed I was ecstatic. Mine is uncomfortable with clothes on as it wants to point out. I cut a hole in my underwear and let sweat pants just push it where it does. GoodWood has a good write up on cutting a hole in jockstrap and maintaining an up north position, but does not work for me cause it seems that the pressure from elastic pulling my dick down hurts like hell, so I have to let it kick over with an angle.
