Frank, I don't think its a horror show, it is better than it was and is a functioning penis albeit not how it should be.

I am clearly undersized - Mistakes happen, i get that. I am thankful that it is just an undersized issue currently but that's not to say i am happy with the outcome. Of course i am disappointed, disappointed that I am at a minimum 3cm shorter than I should be, disappointed that my surgeon does not believe there is anything wrong with his sizing and disappointed that I have had 0 contact from him in the last 4 months apart from me contacting him.

As previously said, I will not be taking any recourse action with my surgeon, but I will be questioning why he undersized me so much and want him to take accountability for his actions.

is there any girth difference between an 18cm and 21cm?

I am concerned about a second operation and the additional risks, due to my diabetes and knowing that a revision is a more complicated procedure. I am hoping it is only the cylinders that need to be replaced making the recovery easier but i guess i will find out in 3 weeks time.

if you say that it is better than before and that it is a working penis I do not comment, I wish you my best

jimmi85, I believe the Titan 24cm is when the girth increases (XL version).

I agree with you. If you are able to have sex without problems, you don't need to go under the knife again. If engorgement happens with some natural stiffness when aroused, you can easily penetrate. The only issue is if the undersizing make your glans floppy and the floppiness causes some erosion. In this case, the revision will be a must. I felt that from dr. Ralph's response to you. For now, you only have to wait for your appointment and see. As Tomas1 said, a longer cylinder may not increase your size, it will just fit the right cylinder within your penis.
