Making the change from an AMS LGX700 to a Titan

Asianglobal, My lgx is 5 1/2 flaccid and 6 1/2 hard. I think a titan would be the same. The lgx fabric goes stretch out with cycling, but I don't think it shrinks back when pressure is released. I use bamboo underwear with a little larger pouch. (David ARchy) is one brand. Bamboo material feels like silk. Much gentler on the glans.

I must believe that if the LGX stretches out with cycling (pumping up), is MUSt shrink back when deflating.

Unless you mean to suggest that the LGX slowly stretches out over weeks or months of cycling. That has not been my experiece. I was 6" before implant with my LGX, and was 6" (inflated) immediately after and continue to be 6" (maybe 1/8" more, perhaps) four years after. But my penis does retract upon deflation to about 4, 4.5"

My flaccid penis before implant was about 2.5" to 3", by the way.

I just made the revision from AMS 700 CX to Titan. I do believe I have a fuller rounder penis with Titan, but I may still be a bit swollen. The Titan is definitely “crinklier”. It has the feeling of a brown grocery bag when deflated vs the thick balloon feeling with the AMS. Never having the LGX, I always had in issue with deflated length of 8”. Being trim it is rather obvious, but nobody had ever said anything to the good or bad. (Except TSA asking “Is that you?”)

Yep. Dr. Eid told me that the material of which the Titan is made will crinkle up like an accordion's folds when not inflated. In my experience, the LGX I have in my penis is more natural feeling when uninflated. Not totally, but fairly close. Inflated, they are both very much like a natural erection, but the Titan (I have heard) seems to fill out the tunica better than the AMS devices. Dr. Eid used the term "Tunica Dependent" with respect to the Coloplast and "Tunica Independent" with respect to AMS.

I'm told that in addition to the Titan, my surgeon is also now doing Rigicon Infla10 AX which expands in length and girth. I realise this is a newer device so there may not be much information from everyone but perhaps this model might be the best option?

Ideally I'd really like to expand my girth as my LGX is quite narrow. The surgeon told me he was satisfied the titan would give me greater girth. My concern with the Titan was having such a long dick when flaccid. If the Rigicon can give the same girth as a Titan but with the benefit of changing length like an LGX, it may be just perfect. Does anybody know how to tell if this Region Infla10 AX will have the same girth as a Titan?

FWIW I'm recently implanted and I also noticed that the penis is now much flatter and shaped much more like an elliptical cross-section rather than the circular cross-section appearance that I had before. I don't think there's anything that can be done about it. To me, the difference is something I think I'll get used to and it's not so different to the point of being noticeably unusual to anyone else.

This is an interesting topic, I like my Lgx and agree with Lost s that the Lgx does shrink quite a bit when deflated. Almost 2 inch’s for me. But I want to know about the Titan,s “chinkels”.
W Titan: When deflated are the crinkles large like multiple dog ears or are they tiny crinkles?
And what do the crinkles feel like in hand when deflated?
Conversely, does the Cx feel the like the Lgx when deflated?
