I had a brief telephone consultation today with a world-renowned sexual health doctor referred by my surgeon. After running down the (long) list of remedies I've tried and that have failed, he suspects that my anorgasmia might be caused by a neurological deficit. He said the nerve bundle in the spinal cord controls the signals sent by the brain to the penis.
I had back surgery several years ago and a hematoma formed within 24 hours that required an immediate return to surgery. Unfortunately, the affected nerves never regenerated, leaving me with permanent paralysis in one of my legs from the knee down to my foot. For all I know, it could have contributed to my ED in the first place and the specialist thinks that my implantation might have led to a further neurological impingement. He wants me to get an MRI and go from there. It's a longshot but I've failed with every other possible intervention, so the flame of hope still flickers.
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.

Orgasm was never an issue with me, however the lack of ejaculate or very small amount of it worries me too. In many cases it is age related. With 73 years you are not supposed to make young women pregnant... Often a weak pelvic floor is the culprit. Try electric stimulation, it makes the pelvic floor strong again, maybe ejaculations may return.

I had low volume clear water ejaculate for several months before and after my implant surgery and my doctor said it was probably just age and there was nothing to do able it. I started taking zinc (maximum daily dose - for sperm production), Pygeum extract (4500 mg equivalent - for prostate health and more volume, makes me pre-cum like a tap), and lecithin (sunflower derived, 2400mg, thickener). Now I cum more volume and it's thicker, about like when I was 30.

Pygeum extract (4500 mg equivalent - for prostate health

Are you trying harming yourselve? The normal dosage per day are 100 mg Pygeum. However you are taking 45 times the recommended dosage. Definitely way too much.

Not at all. The recommended dose has not been established but research studies have used 75-200 mg of standardized extract per day for BPH symptoms but nothing is available on research for other conditions or a maximum safe dosage. I take 450 mg of 10x strength extract, equivalent to 4500 mg of Pygeum bark. One single capsule.

I get mine from Amazon, do they not ship it to S. Africa? Kind of ironic considering the Pygeum bark from which it's derived comes from the African continent.

--- Update: I just found that it's currently unavailable from Amazon but it does not say it's discontinued so hopefully it's just a supply issue and they'll get more in.
