I think you’ll find minimal need for opioid painkillers, you’re just going to feel pretty sore for a couple of weeks, and then the soreness will decrease a bit every day over the next few weeks until horniness overcomes soreness! ( I was at 4 weeks post op)
The most important thing: buy 4 bags of frozen peas so that as ones thaws, you’ve got an immediate replacement. I had them on my crotch 24/7 and that’s how I recovered quickly and needed no opioid meds past the first couple of days.
