Mine when fully pumped is around the 2 to 2:30 area of upward point. Now I'm on my third implant in about a 2 year span and Dr Hakky did my last one. But when the first two were inflated it was about the same angle. I'm sure over time it'll sag a bit, but I also think it has a lot to do with where it's anchored and how much of the implant is buried inside ( like a foundation ) and the angle it takes from anchor to outside.
When I feel down along the cylinders pushing in, mine takes the angle that would put a fully pumped implant to around the 2 o'clock position. And of course you need to think about how strong the muscles are around the area where the cylinders exit the deep inside to the actual penis - the stronger they are, the more likely they can hold it up on point.
