What used to be hit-or-miss in the bedroom has turned into something I can count on every time. At almost 72, I'm still enjoying great sex with my wife 3+ times a week, and it's made our relationship closer and happier overall.
I don't regret the surgery at all. I've had worse pain from things like getting my gallbladder taken out, stents put in, and longer recoveries from fixing a hernia, replacing my hip, and fusing my spine. As stated my many, my biggest regret is also waiting so long to get the implant. Like a lot of guys, I kept thinking my ED would just go away on its own, that it was mostly stress in my head, not a real physical issue made worse by my prostate cancer treatments and other health problems like diabetes and high blood pressure. The pills helped a bit at first, but I'd lose it if we didn't get right to it and finish fast. When those stopped working, I tried injections, but they didn't help either. My doctor said I had bad leakage, so I'd never get a solid erection without some kind of fix. Honestly, I'd been dealing with this on and off for most of my adult life, and the cancer treatment just made it a lot worse.
I approach interactions with women with a sense of assured confidence, knowing that I possess the ability to fully realize their aspirations in ways that surpass even their most vivid imaginings.
I simply inflate the implant and maintain it in that state for two hours each afternoon while viewing television. A cycling session that doesn't burn any calories. The rigidity exceeds that which many experience at teenage. What a remarkable gift; I occasionally inflate it merely to appreciate its form.I wish I'd done the implant back in my 60s, but I put it off until my 70s, and looking back, that just meant more frustration than I needed.
Yes, indeed, on the matter of reliability. It surpasses the dependability of my artificial hip. It inflates effortlessly, and deflates just as simply. That concludes the discussion, gentlemen. I apologize for my unwavering optimism. Stay safe.

Re: Does anyone here regret getting an implant?
Extremely thankful, blessed and satisfied in spite of any of the difficulties that I’ve had over the last 11 years with an implant.
When a spinal injury took away normal functioning for me at 34 I went from pumps to pills and eventually injections. Finally I was asked if I had considered an implant and from there my whole world began to, at least sexually, return to what I had always previously known, an erection pretty much whenever I wanted. Except better. I’d always had pretty good stamina and at least two serious go rounds had been my normal. But this is different. Yeah you can stroke and or pound to your heart’s content but a really cool aspect is that now, with the implant, long drawn out slow almost tantric sex is easily achieved. And it can get extremely intense three to four hours in on a round of deep penetration and focused breathing. WOW. And with an implant it’s at your fingertips with nary an effort.
Anyhow yes. I’m happy with my implant and would do it again without hesitation if I had to go through it all over again.

Forgot to add this:
It appears that satisfaction rates are approaching near-perfect levels, at approximately 99.99 percent here. I realize I may be repeating myself, but I strongly recommend consulting your surgeon on this matter, and ideally seeking a second opinion from another specialist. Consider this analogy: if you were to participate in a Tesla enthusiasts' forum, you would primarily encounter positive testimonials from fanboys (like myself, yep I'm one) rather than those with regrets, this obviously represents a biased sample. Those who persistently express regret may depart from the forum, or stop participating or be dismissed as trolls for continuing to belabor their issues indefinitely. Therefore, ask the same question, to your trusted surgeon, supplemented by confirmation from another high volume implanter.
