Residual Erections and Engorgement With IPP

Oh yes. Some days I wake up feeling like I have morning wood. Arousal causes some engorgement. After sex it's difficult to deflate fully due to engorged blood. Just pumping up fully and having that feeling of an erection causes some engorgement.

How often do you use your implant? Also was it penoscrotal or infrapubic?

My implant gets used at least once a week, some weeks twice. Mine was done penoscrotal.

Did I read you got your first implant in 1997 - it broke in 2003 - then you waited 20 years for a revision?

Wow. Seems like an unusual and amazing journey. What method was best - infrapubic or penoscrotal? What would you choose if you were a young man?

I was so 50/50 I couldn't decide but eventually decided on penoscrotal because of what people were telling me here, but really not sure if I've picked the right approach. The doctor advised infrapubic mostly for the smoother recovery journey.

100% penoscrotal.
The scar blends right into my scrotum.
You can not even see it anymore.
You can however still faintly see my infrapubic scar.

I see. Interesting. But did you lose size with penoscrotal then gain it back with infrapubic?

Many doctors such as Dr. EID do not remove any tissue when implanting.

This is why many are responding that erections to some extent still occur.

Same with my Doc. Woke up last week with a nice hard on, which I promptly used. Still on my honeymoon I guess. Using it 5 to 6 times a week with my girl. We are in our 80s.
