I mean felt, not seen. If a woman would grab your penis and masturbate you, would she feel the plastic tubing somewhere in your shaft? I do not mean the implant cylinders, i mean the little hoses that connect the pump to the cylinder. I can only give a 100% answer once I had my first action completed. I can feel those tubes while trying to locate and hold the deflate button but I think they would not be visible or touchable for my next potential partner because the tubes are way too high and up in my scrotum.
At the moment I have greater issues with giant pain after deflating. With inflating not as much. Despite a take Ibuprofen and also apply Ibuprofen gel on my manhood the pain is intolerable.
I wonder whether it will go away with time being or I have to ask for a revision surgery.
