Can’t - We’re you able to get the script for Vardenafil? I got a script from my Doc for it but when I tried to get if filled my pharmacist said my insurance would not cover it and to purchase out of pocket would cost over $500. Hopefully you are having better luck?

My next urologist appointment is not until a couple of weeks. I don't expect a problem.

A quick look shows that GoodRx has a coupon for $44 (10 tablets) and Amazon Pharmacy has six tablets for $14. One of these will work for me.

I'll chime in with my Trimix journey. I started in April 2024, I have injected around 60 times. I started out doing 10ml and I was doing great with being able to orgasm in a reasonable amount of time. Then after about 3 months I started having trouble . I either couldn't orgasm or it took me way too long and the wife would have to quit. I had read on here by lowering the Trimix dose you would have a better chance at orgasm. So I lowered my dose down to 7ml and also added a Giddy (cock ring). This seemed to help somewhat, but I was still at 50%-60% success rate. I then lowered my dose to 5ml. I was still getting an adequate erection but still at about 50-60% success rate. This is where I am today. I have had my T level checked and it is in the 680 range so that is not the problem.

I just started using a penile cream that I found on Amazon called Male Revitalize, Some reviewers stated after using it for about 4 weeks they got increased sensitivity and were able to orgasm quicker. I know it's a long shot but at this point I am willing to try anything. It just really stinks when you have a hot wife and she is doing everything she possibly can to get you off and you can't. She can only last so long and then has to call it quits.
73 years old, married 30 years, used Levitra successfully for 15 years then it quit working. I then tried tried Cialis, Stendra and Viagra, they didn't work, now using Trimix 30/1/10 which is a game-changer, for me anyway 8-)

Just had mine checked and it's at 1100. Free T is also high but I didn't recall the number.

I've tried a few and can't see any difference. Got another coming in the mail today.

Ditto. I feel your pain. I've spent decades to get to a willing wife and, now that I do, I have trouble taking advantage

CanGetIt, I saw in your signature that you tried Cabergoline. I take it that it didn't work? Can you elaborate on your experience? I was thinking of asking my Uro about getting some. I have read the threads on here about it and it seems like it doesn't work for most guys.

I've been taking Cabergoline (.5mg starting twice weekly, now thrice weekly) for four years. However, I can't give you any valid feedback on its effectiveness. Blood tests definitely show a drop in prolactin but I can't say if that has any effect on my orgasm. I've tried so many things and my condition is so quickly deteriorating that I can't isolate any one factor. I just take 'em all because I'm afraid to give up anything that might maybe possibly be helping.

Thanks, I still think I will ask my Uro about trying it in May. If I find anything that helps with the inability to Cum I will let you know!

3 years for me on cabergoline and i feel the same way. i keep taking it for fear that if i dont, it will get worse that it already is. I’ve tried so many ointments and lotions. nothing helps, for me anyway.

Here is a thought on this issue.

I also occasionally take a very long time to get off when using trimix.

If you are using lube during sex with your partner you might consider finding a lube that is less" slick". Lately I have been experimenting and trying to find a lube that will let me get in but will also allow enough friction to enhance my stimulation.

It seems that when I use a lube that is not quite so slick I can get off faster.

So if you're using lube this might be something to consider.

I saw your post on the lube thread and I've been thinking about this. This anorgasmia is really a head-scratcher. I've seen several doctors comment that it is the least researched topic in men's health. I never know how I'm going to fare until the moment of truth - I can be going great, pumping the wife and really feeling it, then switch into "cum" mode and then.... who knows what's going to happen?? Sometimes, I feel it escalating and within a minute I cum. But sometimes it feels really good but then quickly disappears. I prefer the term "anorgasmia" to "delayed ejaculation" because, for me, pumping harder and longer is a waste of time; once the feeling is gone, it's gone for the session.

As much as I love blowjobs (love, love, love), that was the first casualty of my anorgasmia. Now it's almost impossible for me to cum from a BJ.

I've had a bunch of, and still undergoing, scientific tests that show that I definitely have decreased sensitivity. Back to the question of lube, I had one experience where the lube was so sloppy that I could tell that it was the cause of the lack of friction. It felt like I was screwing a bowl of oatmeal. This leads me to think there's some validity to your thesis that the right lube can make a difference. I'm interested in whatever research you come across.
