Can’t speak for, anyone but I don’t expect to have all my questions answered. I view this as a place I can speak freely with others that have the same experience but are at different phases. Any serious concerns or questions I’ll seek medical advice. Especially since everyone seems to have a different experience

Ok you want the questions answered. First ED causes size loss. So is gone forever. The only option is enlargement surgery that is extremely risky and has way less satisfaction rating than the implant. Second there are ways to avoid size loss before during and after surgery. Most have to do with surgeon selection. So when men come to the site that had problems with ED for years and then only appear and ask questions when they have problems with surgery. They are already past the advice of VED exercise and surgeon search.

So you till me and everyone else what should we tell other members? What is out there that we do not know?

Your presence here as seekers of information is of equal importance as your presence here as providers of information (even questions are a source of new information, you know).

Be contributors, please. We need younger voices contributing constructive information (as you have pointed out).

OP has described his experience with these procedures in quite a bit of detail, and I think that such descriptions are exactly what this forum is useful for.

I’ll probably check in and see what a couple of people are up to, but I’m done with this shitter site.

I think you need to change your name to Craigohmiserable! From an Old Geezer!

What answers do you want? Why it failed? How it failed? How to prevent that from happening again? How much it will cost to get a revision? What surgeon is best to do the revision? Is one brand or another better? Be specific about what you are asking.

When you have your revision surgery your surgeon will be able to tell you the source of the failure of your current one. A break in the tubing, a failure of a connection, the pump failing, whatever.

That is the only person who can answer that question. Not guys on this or any other forum.

Have a discussion with that surgeon about how you use your implant. Is there anything you are doing that is stressing it? (Wearing a cockring/constriction ring, using a VED, getting kicked during mixed martial arts, racing downhill mountain biking, who knows).

Don’t like your current surgeon?? Find another you trust more.

It’s clear you’re frustrated and angry. I get it. But there are guys here (young and old) that can be of assistance and you shoot yourself in the foot by being rude to them.

There is ED discussions on BioHacker (previously PeGym) and Thunders place.

There are some idiots here but it is the same wherever you go. And whatever is the medical topic.
