FWIW, I had my second follow up with my surgeon on Thursday, and he professed himself pleased with the finished product. (Then again, how many physicians have an interest in saying they could have done better?) For the next three months my mission is to fully deflate Mr. Happy anyway to keep the reservoir full so as to maximize the surgical capsule around it. After that maybe I'll leave a usual couple of pumps in it to make it more symmetrical. All in all pretty happy with progress.
Now to see if I can actually use it...
