I’m about 4.5 flaccid 7 hard

By my girth has suffered so much it’s so deflated when soft
Disgusting

Hard it’s about 12cm circumference but uses
To be larger

Dr Eid said flaccid size will now be about 6 inches and wider and I hope erect size will be wider

But to be honest If it’s not that much wider I don’t care

I need to just see a hard dick while I’m standing up that doesn’t go away in seconds

Common? No! But there is a chance as with anything. Like crossing a street or walking a flight of stairs.

This chance can be reduced by your choice of surgeon. This 2017 publication show the relationship to case volume by a surgeon to reoperation for infection and other causes. https://www.garber-online.com/pdf/Highe ... ctions.pdf It also show a higher longevity in relation to case volume. But no doctor is perfect and there can be problems with any of them. And even low case volume doctors have men with good outcomes. All the big name doctors were young and low case volume when they started.

Thing is do you worry about hurting yourself walking a flight a stairs or crossing the street? There is a chance of something bad that can happen in most anything you do. It does not stop us. We go through life and take care but sometimes the bad will bite us. That is life and we pick ourselves up and dust off the dirt and keep going.

So this place is for us to talk and help others research and do the best each of us can for a great outcome.

So my experience with this is I had nothing. Pills or injections would not produce an erection I could have sex with. I felt that I was not a whole man and I was grumpy. But when I made my decision to have the surgery that all changed. This was months before my surgery. I was going to kick ED out of my life. I was going to have this part of me back and be whole again. Now I had been on this site in the past under a different user name before they had a change. And I knew that the recovery for this can take a lot of time. And that problems can happen but most of them will self correct. Some men go though this with fast healing, no problems, and great results. But others do not. For that reason I told myself I would not judge the outcome until I was 1 year past surgery. The thing is I had nothing before so even if I had nothing after I would have been no worse off. I had problems and I was still able to date and have sex with women. I can still get an erection that can be used for sex anytime I want for as long as I want. But I do have a problem I am doing everything I can to get fixed. But I am so much better off than I was before I chose to have the surgery.

So bottom line. 1. ED causes size loss. Medications and VED therapy can help slow or stop this for a short time. But one famous FL doctor said the only thing that will stop loss is an implant. 2. Even if you do have problems as a few do they can be fixed. You can have this part of you back. Some have a fast express train ride that is smooth and a very few have a long slow bumpy train ride but both get this part of you back. 3. I did everything I could for the fast express train ride and I was 100% on board with this even with my slower and bit bumpy ride. Even so I am whole again and was able to date and have sex with women and will again.

Sounds to me like you are a fair bit off from a 100% commitment to this. But maybe not all that far as you have the surgery scheduled. Chances are really good on this surgery with a really good doctor. And congratulations for making that choice. This is the first difficult waiting part of this. After the surgery will be another difficult waiting part before activation and healing. Then you will have cycling work to do. After that the fun part starts. Your job now is to get as healthy as you can. And get ready for the surgery. VED therapy has been shown to help so you might consider it. But be careful as it can cause damage that can actually cause more loss. Be ready for after surgery and have ice packs, wound care supplies, and a clean jock strap. Over the counter meds and meals and drinks made up ahead of time so you can spend as much time flat on your back for the first 3 days. Maybe a couple of days extra just in case. Follow your doctors instructions and contact your doctor about what you need to do to get ready and what over the counter meds to get. And exercise. Not only for physical health but for mental also. Just tell yourself you are going to kick ED's ass to the moon and then get to it. And if you do have a bump we are here for you. Most of us have been through this and can help you. But you also need your doctor to help you. So take care of that relationship the best you can. Understand that you are not going to be good to go a week or 2 after surgery. This takes time but it is worth it. And my only real regret is not doing this years earlier.

Best of luck to you on this.

I had plenty of apprehension too but was never suicidal. I knew that I was at the end of the line with other remedies. Above all else, I kept in my mind that there was a high level of satisfaction with men that have had the IPP surgery. For me, I also found solace in Prayer. I will pray for you as well.
All the best!

I just answered in another thread regarding depression question, so I will paste my answer into this thread also:

For many of us, ED causes depression and feelings of self inadequacy and a sense that nothing is pleasurable in life anymore. For me, having erectile dysfunction made me feel like I was just going through life like a zombie, a zestless walking stiff with nothing to look forward to. Now, that is all totally better since I have been surgically cured of ED.
Yup, ED really messes with your mind and with your internal voice, and I discuss this in the second chapter of my implant mini-book here on franktalk if you want more info.

You are not alone my friend... I am scheduled for mid April and I am very thankful that the process didnt cause me to have a much longer wait than that. Over the last 18 months or so, I have had several failed attempts at relationships due to this issue as well as one relationship with a great, gorgeous, girl that I feel the issue made impossible for the relationship to simply blossom. Its very difficult being in your 30's or "younger" with issues like this, because its not like weve all been with a significant other for decades before it reared its ugly head.

I have a mix of emotions regarding my upcoming surgery, but just having it on the books makes any depression associated feel at least partially lifted.
